This is where most people get it wrong. A professional wooden sports floor is not ordinary hardwood laid over concrete. It looks the same from above, but underneath, it's a completely different product.
Dayal's 5-layer maple wooden floor is a multi-layer suspension system, each layer doing a specific job:
Layer 1 - Vapour Barrier
Sits on the concrete sub-floor, blocking moisture that would warp the wood above.
Layer 2 - EPDM Rubber Pads
The primary shock absorbers compress on impact, protecting knees and ankles.
Layer 3 - Pine Wood Runner Frame
Creates an air gap that lets the floor flex slightly under load, giving it that responsive, energetic feel.
Layer 4 - Structural Plywood
Provides a perfectly flat, stable base for the surface boards.
Layer 5 - Maple Surface Boards
21mm tongue-and-groove boards with a two-component polyurethane sports lacquer, calibrated for traction, smoothness, and durability.
Laying ordinary timber over concrete gives you a surface that looks like a sports floor but performs like concrete. The 5-layer system is what makes it actually perform, and it shows in every training session.

Dayal 5 layers sports flooring system is suitable for high performance sports venues that has three basic functions which are motor, protective and technological functions. A big differences exists between Dayal 5 layer sports flooring and ordinary wood floor, Dayal flooring has a more complex structure, more layers and higher requirements of physical and mechanical performance materials.
As several muscles and joint are in tension during training or competition, great pressure is on feet, ankles and lower back that may cause overusing injuries. if the athletes takes exercises or sport on which there is no suspension or recommended suspension they will get hurt. Dayal uses professional 5 layers suspension sports flooring system with excellent damping performance and safe frictional coefficient to avoid such injuries

Suspended system is a kind of suspended sports flooring with good shockabsorbing ability and continuity. The system is hung beyond the base, so the open ventilating system could ensure the most effective convection and the unity of system degree and temperature and floor tilting and cracking owing to inconsistent deformation could be avoided.
