PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Rubber roll is made of environmentally friendly raw materials and advanced composite technologies. It offers excellent safety, wear resistance, anti-slip, anti-fall properties, and noise reduction, effectively reducing sports injuries.
NOTES
- • Tolerance Range: Width tolerance ±0.5cm, thickness tolerance ±0.03cm — this is normal and acceptable.
- • Weight Capacity: 1000kg/m²; excessive loading may cause deformation.
- • Color: Aging may cause yellowing/darkening, not a quality issue.
- • Smell: Natural rubber odor is harmless; ventilate or use activated carbon if needed.
- • Handling: Rubber is heavy; improper handling may cause warping. Pre-lay for 24 hrs before installation.
- • Use: Must use two-component glue and follow proper procedures to avoid issues like bulging or warping.
INSTALLATION STEPS
Step 1: Pre-laying
Place the roll in the designated area for 24 hours to fully open and flatten. Trim corners and adjust layout.
Step 2: Prepare the Glue
- • Mix two-component glue (4:1 ratio)
- • Stir with color agent just before use; usable for only 20 minutes
Step 3: Apply Glue & Lay the Roll
- • Use serrated scraper to apply glue evenly
- • Lay rolls closely without seams (natural splicing)
- • Glue usage: 400–500g/m² (2–2.5m² per kg)
- Note: Do not use universal glue. Do not apply glue directly on roll or walk on glued floor.
Step 4: Roller Flattening
- • Press down fully within 10 minutes to remove air and ensure full bonding
- Note: Roll must be bubble-free and tightly bonded to surface
INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
- • Don’t scratch or contaminate the surface during installation
- • Pre-lay roll to reduce arching, color differences, and misalignment
- • Use glue within its working time to avoid bonding failure
- • If glue spills, don’t use gasoline, thinner, or solvents — use a knife to gently remove it
- • Clean regularly with neutral detergent and water or carpet cleaning machine
MAINTENANCE
For extended product life, clean daily with a semi-dry mop. Use neutral detergent only. Avoid acid-alkaline cleaners to prevent bulging, warping, or surface damage.
